Any price we provide through this website, by phone, by text, or by email is an estimate based on the information you give us — the items described, their approximate volume, and the access conditions at the property. It is not a binding contract.

Final pricing is confirmed on-site once our crew can see the actual items, quantity, weight, and access. If what we find differs materially from what was described, we will tell you the revised price before we begin loading, and you are free to decline. We do not add charges after a job without your agreement.

Scheduling windows are estimates as well. We do not guarantee same-day service or a specific turnaround time unless we have confirmed it with you directly.

We do not haul hazardous materials, including but not limited to paint, solvents, motor oil, fuels, pesticides, asbestos, biohazards, or medical waste. We reserve the right to decline any item at our discretion. If you are unsure about an item, call us at (916) 584-5584 before your appointment.

Once items are removed, they are considered abandoned property and may be donated, recycled, or disposed of. Please check thoroughly for valuables and personal documents before we arrive — we cannot retrieve items after a load has been processed.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete, accurate, or current at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, AMR Junk Removal and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website or reliance on any estimate provided through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here alters the terms of any separate service agreement or invoice covering work we actually perform for you.
