Small structure demolition is one of the most common calls we get from Placer County homeowners, usually because a contractor quoted the teardown and the haul-away as two separate jobs. We do both, and we quote it as one number so there's no gap where the debris sits in your driveway waiting for someone else.

Decks come apart board by board, then joists, then posts. Fences come out panel by panel, and we pull the posts including the concrete footings rather than cutting them off at grade and leaving you something to trip over. Sheds get emptied, dismantled, and the floor and skids taken with everything else.

Clean wood, metal roofing, chain link, and hardware get separated for recycling after the haul. What we can't recycle is disposed of properly. Either way you get the space back the same day, graded flat and raked clean, ready for whatever you're putting there next.

What we take

  • Wood and metal sheds, including floors and skids
  • Decks, landings, stairs, and railings
  • Wood, vinyl, and chain-link fencing
  • Fence and deck posts with concrete footings
  • Pergolas, arbors, gazebos, and patio covers
  • Playsets, trampolines, and dog runs

How it works

  1. 01

    Photo or walkthrough

Show us the structure and where the truck can park. We quote demo and haul together, in writing.

  2. 02

    Careful teardown

We work section by section, protect the fences and landscaping we're not removing, and keep the site safe.

  3. 03

    Cleared and raked

Debris, posts, footings, and hardware all leave with us. The area gets raked clean before we go.

Shed, Fence & Deck Demolition questions

Yes. Leaving footings in the ground causes problems for whoever installs the next fence, so we dig them out and take them unless you specifically want them left.
