Hot tub & spa removal in Lincoln, CA

A spa that hasn't run in three years isn't a hot tub anymore, it's a very heavy planter. We drain it, break it down where it sits, and take every piece.

An acrylic spa shell full of soaked insulation and old cabinet wood weighs far more than people expect, and it almost never fits back out the gate it came through. That's why hot tubs sit for years — moving one properly takes a saw, a plan, and enough hands that nobody gets hurt.

We drain the tub first, then cut the shell and cabinet into sections small enough to carry out through a standard side gate or lift over a fence when that's the only route. Decking, surrounds, and pavers can come out too if the tub is built into a platform.

Everything goes: the shell, the frame, the cover and its lifter, the steps, the pump, the heater, and the loose plumbing. We sweep the pad and leave you a flat, empty space you can actually do something with. Electrical disconnect at the breaker should be handled by an electrician if the spa is hard-wired — tell us and we'll coordinate around it.

What we take

  • Acrylic, roto-mold, and wood-cabinet spas
  • Swim spas and in-deck installations
  • Covers, cover lifters, and steps
  • Pumps, heaters, blowers, and plumbing
  • Surrounding decking and platform framing
  • The gravel or paver pad, if you want it gone

How it works

  1. 01

    Send a photo

One picture of the tub and one of the route out to the street is enough for a firm price.

  2. 02

    Drain and dismantle

We drain it, cut the shell and cabinet into carryable sections, and protect the fence and yard on the way out.

  3. 03

    Pad swept clean

Every piece leaves with us, the pad gets swept, and the metal and motors go to a recycler.

Hot Tub & Spa Removal questions

No. We drain it as part of the job. If you'd rather drain it yourself the day before, that's fine too and it can shorten our time on site.
