Single items & specialty disposal
Some items carry their own disposal fees at the facility, so they're priced on top of the job. If one of these is the only thing you need gone, the $150 minimum service charge applies.
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| Refrigerator or freezer | From $99 each |
| Regular appliance (washer, dryer, range, water heater) | From $49 each |
| Car or light truck tire | $25 each |
| Large truck tire | From $49 each |
| Paint | From $10 per gallon |
| Other specialty disposal items | Priced by type and quantity |
What moves your price
- Volume — how much room the load takes up in the truck or trailer
- Weight — dirt, concrete, roofing and tile cost more to dump than furniture
- Labor and time — stairs, tight side yards, disassembly and sorting all add hands-on time
- Access — how far we carry it and whether we can park close
- Disposal fees — mattresses, appliances, tires and paint carry their own facility charges
- Number of loads — a job that needs three trips costs more than one that fits in a single load
Pricing questions
Yes. There's a $150 minimum service charge any time we come out for a job. There's no labor minimum on top of that — past the minimum, price depends on what kind of labor you need and how long you need the help for.
Garage cleanouts start at $249. Storage unit cleanouts start at $249 as well. The final number depends on how full the space is, how heavy the load is, and how many trips it takes.
Estate cleanouts and hoarder cleanouts both start at $549. These are multi-load jobs with a lot of sorting, so we'll walk the property or look at photos before we give you a firm number.
Hot tub and spa removal starts at $249. Shed demolition and removal starts at $349. Both include cutting the structure down, hauling it away, and cleaning up the pad.
Refrigerators and freezers start at $99 each, and regular appliances like washers, dryers, ranges and water heaters start at $49 each. Those are add-on prices inside a larger job — if a single appliance is all you need hauled, the $150 minimum service charge applies.
Not yet. We're a full-service crew — we bring the truck, the labor and the disposal, so you never touch the load or the dump run.
The price we quote you before we start loading is the price you pay. It only changes if the job changes — if more gets added to the pile once we're there, we'll tell you the new number before we load it.
